Bakn - Carnegie
Menu
The menu of Bakn from Carnegie comprises about 71 different dishes and drinks. On average you pay about $11.3 for a dish / drink.
In recent visits to this restaurant, diners have experienced a mix of highs and lows. While many rave about exceptional brunch offerings, including standout shrimp and grits and flavorful cocktails, there are concerns over inconsistent service, high prices, and food quality. Some patrons express frustration with the restaurant's website not accurately reflecting opening hours, while others critique the potential for cross-contamination in food preparation. Despite the setbacks, loyal customers appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and recommend specific dishes, citing the inventive bacon options and satisfying quinoa bowls. Overall, while there’s promise, improvements in consistency and transparency are needed.

The food was incredible. The mac and cheese was simply outstanding. We felt truly valued and appreciated, and the staff seemed genuinely pleased to have us there. We will definitely be coming back. The shrimp and grits were also delicious! View all feedback.
What Dan O dislikes about Bakn:
I visited the restaurant yesterday after checking their website, which indicated they were open. To my disappointment, after a 40-minute drive, I found the restaurant closed. It's important for them to keep their website updated if they’re not going to be open. I won’t be returning. Very frustrating experience. View all feedback.

Pleasantly surprised by this amazing brunch place! Servers are super chill and i'd tank this as one my new go to brunch spots! Highly recommend for good brunch and savory **** mary's.
The cocktails are fantastic! However, the food is extremely overpriced and disappointing. I'm fine with paying $15 for a really good burger, but this one was below average. They do offer decent breakfast items, but they're also overpriced. I've been here four times because of its convenient location, but I doubt I’ll order anything aside from drinks in the future.
You are the owner and you cook without wearing gloves touch the tomatoes after you just touched the bacon putting it on your grill good way for cross contamination and your the owner and broadcast your restaurant on TV
Actually love the atmosphere. Was relaxed sort of like a HomeTown and local feel. And the staff was very nice actually joked around a little bit with them. Food was good I mean who doesn't like bacon come on. Lol
