Une salle spacieuse, lumineuse, accueuillante, largement ouverte sur le perron et le jardin.La carte propose des associations audacieuses mais très savoureuses (pastèque grillée/thon rouge ou boeuf fondant/tobiko wasabi). Pour un restaurant gastronomique, les parts étaient suffisantes. Petite réserve pour le dessert que nous avons choisi : bergamote/crémeux/gingembre/brioche qui s'apparentait à une tropézienne revisitée. Le fond de la brioche était à mon goût un peu trop "détrempé" par la glace. Néanmoins, je n'en ai pas laissé une miette !!

C'est toujours un réel plaisir de (re)venir dîner dans cet établissement de grande qualité.Emplacement exceptionnel dans Carnac, très belle vue, décoration agréable, service attentif, diligent et prévenant.Les plats sont très fins, les mélanges de saveurs très subtils. De très belles découvertes pour cette nouvelle carte d'août (oeufs de poissons volants !)Ah oui ! Le plateau de fromages est top !Je recommande vivement le "Tumulus".

L'assiette avec les 2 queues de langoustines et l'avocat émulsionné c'est très bon , mais il y en a tellement peu , que l'on n'a pas le temps de goûter , dommage !Le foie gras était très bon , mais l'accompagnement une boule de glace praliné cela ne va pas avec. Le dessert était succulent , bravo Le service correct , la salle pas très intime

Ce cadeau nous à été offert pour le départ en retraite de mon mari le choix de votre restaurant à été une vraie découverte, repas excellent avec des associations improbables pour nous novices mais formidables, le menu proposé comportait 7 plats, un vrai délices pour les papilles. Un service irréprochable, ne changez rien et surtout pas le chef ! Encore mille merci pour ce moment que l'on n'oubliera pas. (Notre passage en avril 2017)

Luckily the lovely lady at the reception gave us the opportunity to try their 'weck jars ' menu. Sounded kind of interesting and since the garden was so lovely we were keen on following her suggestion. I have to say: we had a splendid time, sitting in the shadow of a beautiful tree, close to the swimming pool. A lovely waitress brought us our jars and we were impressed by the quality and originality of the dishes. Very tasty. The service was very attentive also. And: the toilets were impeccable! Albeit a little bit hard to find. Would definitely recommend.

We were 6 and took the Menu découverte except our for our vegetarian friend. He was promised an interesting array of vegetarian dishes as we were promised a gastronomic experience. Nothing could have been further from the truth. It felt like we were served whatever they had too much of in the kitchen. The highlight of the evening was when we had twice in a row exactly the same sad vegetable garnish once with fish once with meat. It looked lazy and careless. As for the vegetarian menu, our friend had to wait our third dish to be served a very poor plate of over cooked uninspired veggies. I’d say keep the floor staff but please change the team in the kitchen.

But the duck special was lukewarm and the amount of fat too thick to cut. Even the fish in the appetizer was kind of tough. They insisted on bringing me a new meal, and it was fine. But it makes you sad to spend so much and it's not so great. No big price break either. Oh well.

There is the opportunity to eat a la carte but most of the guests eat one of the predefined menus, that offers no choice options however. The wine list offers a wide choice starting at very acceptable prices. The chef seems to prefer special combinations. Some are really good (the guinea fowl with sauce based on cacao and a crumble based on orange), some are not so good in my opinion (tuna with pineapple). Weird was also that the texture of my dessert was differently than my wife's although it was the same (mine had a dry cake, hers a cake soaked in some jus). But all in all, a nice dinner.
