I just got back from Taco Bell and, once again, the service and the speed of the food were outstanding. Jason at the drive-thru was fantastic. He was respectful, friendly, and demonstrated professionalism beyond his years. His kindness and exceptional service really impressed me. I hope to see him at the window next time. Kudos to the management for training such an exceptional young man!
I would like to file a complaint regarding this particular Taco Bell location. It is undoubtedly the worst Taco Bell in Sacramento! The Taco Supremes are consistently underfilled, with shells that barely hold together and a disappointing amount of cheese—barely five shreds at most. In contrast, when I visit the Taco Bell on Eastern Marconi, the tacos are fantastic—crunchy, overflowing, and generously topped with cheese. I've never experienced any issues there. Furthermore, every time I try to call this location, they never answer the phone. And don't even get me started on their beans—they're old and unappetizing.
The manager, Sarah, is extremely unprofessional. There's no justification for making me wait 45 minutes for a mobile order because of your team's errors. You mentioned that other cars in the drive-thru were prioritized and that there was a staff shortage, which is why I had to wait. However, I saw no sense of urgency in you preparing my food personally. Overall, the management at this location is just disappointing.
They always get our order right. The food is usually excellent, though this time it was a bit cold for some reason. The staff are young but very professional, which I really appreciate.
The staff at Taco Bell seems tired and overworked. During the remodel, they built a wall that blocks the kitchen’s view of the lobby, so employees have no idea when there’s a line. They also introduced self-service kiosks, but when you approach the counter, the employees often roll their eyes. This has been going on for months. Yes, I want to order from the menu, but I also expect some level of service. Owners, please improve. Hold your establishment and employees to a higher standard. You might not see a great ROI immediately, but your customers will definitely be happier.
