The trainee who served me was very polite and did an excellent job with my drink, showing great attentiveness despite her nervousness. The seating area is also very nice and clean, shared with the deli, making it a pleasant spot to relax or work on your laptop or tablet, or to enjoy lunch with a friend. I lowered my rating to four stars because the experienced employee came across as rather brusque. I hope my smile brightened her day. Overall, I appreciated the facilities and the inviting atmosphere.

The staff is well-trained, and all my customized drinks taste just like they do at corporate locations. The people here are lovely, and I appreciate that my Safeway Club card is accepted, along with gift cards for both Starbucks and Safeway, as well as the just4U rewards. The only time I don't stop for coffee here is when they're closed.
