I have never had a problem with Round Table Pizza until today. I placed a curbside order online and followed the instructions to call when I arrived. The woman... read more I have never had a problem with Round Table Pizza until today. I placed a curbside order online and followed the instructions to call when I arrived. The woman who answered asked, “Can’t you just come in?” I explained that it defeats the purpose of a curbside order, and then she hung up on me. As I walked into the restaurant, I overheard her talking about me to other employees, calling me lazy and expressing her frustration with customers like me. Initially, I thought she might have been busy, but I was actually the only customer there. I explained that I opted for curbside service because I have two toddlers in the car, which makes it easier for me. She then remarked, “I only said that because customers are lazy.” At this point, I was extremely frustrated and appalled. The customer service was terrible, and it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will never return to this location and will be sure to share my experience with others.

Unfortunately, they still served us a spicy pizza despite my repeated instructions. The menu options should be clearer to avoid such mistakes.
