The woman... read more I have never had a problem with Round Table Pizza until today. I placed a curbside order online and followed the instructions to call when I arrived. The woman who answered asked, “Can’t you just come in?” I explained that it defeats the purpose of a curbside order, and then she hung up on me. As I walked into the restaurant, I overheard her talking about me to other employees, calling me lazy and expressing her frustration with customers like me. Initially, I thought she might have been busy, but I was actually the only customer there. I explained that I opted for curbside service because I have two toddlers in the car, which makes it easier for me. She then remarked, “I only said that because customers are lazy.” At this point, I was extremely frustrated and appalled. The customer service was terrible, and it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will never return to this location and will be sure to share my experience with others.

Unfortunately, they still served us a spicy pizza despite my repeated instructions. The menu options should be clearer to avoid such mistakes.

On my day off, I decided to place an online order early, before they opened. The driver informed them he’d be a bit late, and Ryan promptly called me to explain the situation. A few minutes later, he reached out again after speaking with the driver, confirming they could still deliver within a reasonable time. Thank you, Ryan, for being proactive and handling the situation so well. Employees like him are hard to come by these days. Make sure to take care of this young man! The menu at Round Table Pizza never disappoints.

My last visit was disappointing in every way, so I started... read more I haven't been to this location in a while, except for picking up a free pizza a couple of weeks ago. My last visit was disappointing in every way, so I started going to a different location. However, today I found myself in the area and thought pizza and a salad sounded great, so I decided to stop in. I usually order to go, but I chose to dine in to escape the heat. Jackie C served me and was very pleasant; the entire staff seemed great. She helped me choose my order and noticed I was feeling a bit off—hot, tired, and starving. She brought my food out promptly and checked on me regularly throughout my visit. It felt more like being at a nice restaurant than just a pizza place. I definitely plan to return as a regular customer!
