If they tell you it will be an additional 10 minutes after you’ve already waited for half an hour, it could very well turn into 20 more minutes. Their time estimates are seriously off, especially when you explain that you don't have much time to wait, yet they still aren’t transparent with you! To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration about the long wait, the chef responded that he had too many orders. When I said I might need to leave if I couldn’t get an accurate estimate, he rushed to make the rolls in just 2 minutes—but they turned out to be so spicy that they were nearly inedible. Unfortunately, the poor waitress didn’t receive a tip because of the chef's shortcomings. At least she can take the mostly untouched rolls back to him!
