These are some of the best wings in Sacramento. Get the inferno for a spicy OG wing sauce that is almost unparalleled. The chicken is of the highest quality, always fat and juicy wings just like God intended. Their beef bulgogi bowl (and various Korean dishes) are HELLZA good, and a nice break from tradition if you have that one dude in your party that doesn't do spicy. What User doesn't like about Granite's Subs Wings Things:
I had bought a turkey submarine sandwich, it took about 10 minutes. When I came home to eat the sub-sandwich. I opened paper and checked in a sandwich. It had included turkey, Mayo, tomatoes and hard pieces of salad. No sub dressing, bread was stale, hard pieces of salad and many mayonnaise. I think the other food has problems too. I noticed the microwave in the restaurant. View all feedback.

They're back to as good as they used to be. The Spicy 15. Italian Steak had plenty of meat, the bread was fresh and there were plenty of peppers for flavor.
Unfortunately, the wings themselves were disappointing and didn't live up to their reputation. They were overcooked and bland, lacking flavor. The "super insane" option was just Frank's Buffalo sauce—I'm not sure how the other flavors, like "nuclear," compare. The wings were small and dry, and I couldn't even finish my plate of 10 because they simply weren't good. If you're looking for wings in this area, I would recommend checking out my other reviews before spending your money here (and paying the added 4% fee). My ratings: Crisp: 4.2, Heat: 3.4, Flavor: 3.6, Portion: 3.7, Tenderness: 3.7, Overall: 3.72.
The best aspect of this restaurant was its price-to-quality ratio; however, you can now find better food for a lower cost elsewhere.
