Domino's Pizza - Carmichael

Five stars for all who work here! I was here a few times and the service was impeccable. Order over the app, pizza hot and ready when I went in the door. That said this *ist* Dominoes pizza, if you like it, then you will not be disappointed, but that is where my personal taste stops. I probably won't return to Dominoes (each of them). Not because of this situation, but because the pizza is not my pleasure. The handcuffed crust is very thin (and not crispy thin). That was my experience with all the Dominoes, so I don't owe this place. The same applies to the pancreas. The butter they use on the pans was much too overwhelmed and pulled out to taste it like the butter you get on cheap microwave popcorn. Dominoes rugged tomato sauce is decent some of the best sauces of big chains, but it is not enough to compensate for what I don't like about Dominos pizza in general. In the summary service and staff are top notch, but Dominoes Pizza at company level needs some work on their recipes IMO

Love dominos pizza. Great service and fast delivery. But your thin crust could be better, maybe they could take it out of the oven earlier. This is not a general observation what I noticed at my local Dominos.

Dominos has other menu items I didn't know it was so good. The Italian sandwich is perfection and the cheese bread are delicious! This place seems to buy, but they keep good. Never wait long

I drove 20 milesto this location because I had ordered during Covid was very impressed. Bragged to Doctors, friends Colleques how good their pasta in the bread bowls were, as well as the sandwiches. NOT SURE WHAT happened I went out of my wayto order from the Carmichael store. I placed an order for a 5 topping on the site. There was no option for vegetables. Ididn't use a credit card so had to walk in. No Bathroom available which is understandable with Covid. The young Lady said if Iwanted to add vegetables, I has to cancel , reorder wait another 25minutes. I called first but was still on hold during mydrive even as I walked in, about 7 minutes later. Bottom line . I can NOT recommend this store.#978. The $19.99 pizza washorrible!!! I ate a 1/2 slice and handed it to a homeless person. Glad I had someone to give it to vs tossing it in the trashwhich was my initial thought. I don't forsee ever ordering from this particular store again. The guys were nice working awaybut the young lady who was cashiering was rather abrupt. 1/30/22. I Hope you have a better experience.

I placed an order for two medium pizzas they charged us $26 for 2 medium pizzas... My grandson gave him $40 there was supposed to be $13 in change the young man took it upon himself to return $11 to him and take a tip for himself. The pizzas were burnt Icalled to complain the same man that took the $2 tip from my grandson answered the phone said they were really busy and I askedto speak to a manager and refused to let me talk to her. Said the manager's name was Peyton his name was Cort told me to callback in a few days or whenever they're not busy how I would know that is beyond me I tried to call back the next day and thenext day still nobody wants to answer my phone calls so I'm going above them and call corporate this pizza store is justridiculous bad service will not be ordering from them again.. and there was no tip offered he should not have taken a tip forhimself that's like stealing. And to let everyone know my grandson is autistic and he took advantage of him.
