D'miller's Famous Bbq - Carmichael

I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered the hot link and rib plate, without any sides. Unfortunately, the hot link was chopped up and smothered in barbecue sauce. When I took a bite, it was obvious that it had been microwaved, as the ends had bubbled up like a hot dog would after being heated in the microwave. The ribs were also dry and overly soaked in barbecue sauce. The hot link tasted more like a hot dog. Soon after returning to work, I felt sick to my stomach and ended up vomiting. The restaurant itself didn't smell like food at all, and it was clear that the barbecue wasn't cooked on a grill; all I could hear while I was there was the sound of the microwave. I would never recommend this place or return myself.

I was just passing through and looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. What more could you ask for?

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food and service were excellent. After work, I ordered a full rack of ribs with rolls and two side dishes of beans. Thank you, Mr. D'Miller, for the incredible meal!

Good BBQ at reasonable price, friendly staff, and great little place that's rusticly charming

This place is a hidden gem in Carmichael! My family tried the ribs combo plate and tri tip combo plate and everything was delicious! Fast and tasty food with friendly people. We will certainly be returning again!
