Crazy For Yogurt - Carmichael

I would normally give a 5-star rating because I love this place and our family has been going for a long time. We came to the store for a yogurt tonight and I was thrown back by our service. When we first came in, we were not recognized for a minute because the worker was busy talking to her friends. After waiting there, I was rudely asked what I can do for you. I asked for sample cups and no longer knew there were no samples. I had to get a sample from the worker and one of the samples was not available. I was informed that she had to get something, but instead of helping us, she went back to talk to her friends. I'm very disappointed and didn't want to buy a yogurt tonight if my son wasn't already excited to get one. I no longer understand having sample cups, but if this new system works as you have employees who are willing to help customers there.

Always gone here since they've opened and have always been happy with what they offer. However, I think it would be nice if there was more than one non-dairy yogurt flavor, since, as a vegan, it limits what chooses I have. (I will say that the past non-dairy flavors have been great, just would appreciate more of them).

This was the fifth time I brought my family here, and it just keeps getting worse. It feels like they don't properly train their employees. Shave ice is really important to me—it's my favorite treat. However, during our visit today, I barely managed to enjoy half of one because it was so dry. Last year, I mentioned that the lime flavor had gone bad, and it's still as moldy as it was then. They claim to have coconut, but they haven't had it the last three times I've visited. I live nearby, and if the quality were decent, I'd be here weekly. Instead, it ended up being more like an ice rock topped with old syrup. Not great at all.

The staff here are always very friendly, and the place is impressively clean. It's a peaceful and inviting atmosphere that I truly enjoy. Visiting this restaurant always brings me joy!

The sign on the door indicates that they are open on Sundays from 11 AM to 10 PM, and their website also states they close at 10 PM. However, when I arrived at 9:16 PM, I was informed that they were already closed, and the staff locked the door right after I left, despite me pointing out the hours on their sign. I usually enjoy this yogurt shop, but I was really disappointed with the staff's attitude this time.
