I visited this place just before the heatwave ended, and it provided a perfect cool down. I had never tried their ice cream before, but we chose the lactose-free earthberry mix, which was incredibly refreshing. The portion size was generous for the price. The staff was polite and efficient, and I hope management treats them well. I would definitely come back and would recommend this place to a friend. View all feedback.

We tried the Banana Cream Pie Bismuth Ice Cream and the Mass Mocha Madness Ice Cream, and both were outstanding. The customer service was top-notch, as they inquired about any food allergies we might have. Watching them mix the N2 liquid was also a really fascinating experience! View all feedback.
I would have to give it 1 star because after 30 min. wait and we didn't far before they shouted that their credit card machine wasn't working buy also they didn't say that they could accept cash. We ended up at Rita's across the street.
Fun great customer service! I’m vegan and I haven’t had such great ice cream in so long. I’ve visited other subzero’s before but this is usually my go to! Perfect consistency. So many dietary choices! One of the team members, Marina was amazing!
Great ice cream. Service was not great. They had a lot of high schoolers working and they were very immature and not very helpful. I had never been there and they acted like our questions were stupid.
This ice cream is incredibly good! we combined cake battery and brownie battery with keksteig as the mix in, and it was probably the best ice we had before.
Very polite. good selection of items to choose and tasty to complete it
