What S Family doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard:
Loved the frozen chicolate custard!! Only nagging thing in my mind is, that I was not shown the bill on the tablet or given a print out or asked to see if everything looked right or click anything. When I got home, I was thinking that price of small frozen custard was $4.49 but got charged $6.31. That is a 40% tax!!! Did the teen girl behind the counter tip herself without my approval? I tried it for the first time last week and IT WAS AMAZING! The owners are AWESOME and were so helpful and warm. They let us try ANY of the flavors and were just so sweet. We went back the next day and will ONLY go to this Rita?s because the owners were amazing. I personally think this one is the one to go to in Indy. This has become an addiction to us. We LOVE IT!
Simply amazing ice creams and service. I couldn?t recommend it enough.
We were in Indianapolis for a baseball tournament and came to Carmel art district to explore and found Rita's we were very impressed. We stopped by twice at our trip.I especially enjoyed the coconut ice
As a girl from Philly I am so grateful that Rita?s is here in Indy!! My favorite summer (and winter) treat! Grace does an amazing job of developing delicious flavors. The whole crew is friendly and even make chocolate when you call ahead!
