Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

That's the worst experience I've had for years. Our waitress came by and got our drinks fast and order, but then we never saw them again for 25 minutes until they brought our food. The other waiter left everything. He was a great waiter who helped us even though we were not his table. I asked if we could change waiters, and we couldn't get him back after that. Then the waitress and the manager brought our refills. After that it took 45 minutes to pay our bills separately because we couldn't pay the machine. She got her wrong twice. She gave us 25%, but finally I just paid for the wrong bill and my friend venmo gave me for her stuff on my bill. She never came back with my change after 15 minutes, which was 4 so I just left without a tip apart because an hour after the food is just to pay an bill is crazy. We understand that the whole world is understated, but if a waiter who had twice the number of tables when our waitress could hold through, then surely she was more than able to treat 4 tables. We're never gonna eat this red robe again.

Really sorry bathrooms. Crud all around the faucets. No toilet paper, no paper towels left in the bathroom dispenser. My son got sick that night at we ate lunch there. Hard to think it wasn?t from this place. Waiter had a ?certain order? he had to take our food order with, that didn?t work. I would?ve given 1 star but they seated our large group quickly. Had I known how gross it was, I wouldn?t have stayed. Yuck

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and the chicken taste rubbery but overall not terrible. I was able to eat half of it wrap and didn?t save the other half. I also ordered mozzarella sticks but found no cheese in them (see picture). The garlic fries were decent but also didn?t eat all of them. Overall the meal was not good.

The restaurant was open even with 1 server who was pregnant. That is amazing. We waited a little longer but the food still came out pretty quickly and it was hot. We didn't have to wait for refills looking. The pregnant server seemed tired but still did an awesome job, I didn't catch her name. The staff worked well together and by the end of our meal another server showed up. Thank you!!!

Well, it has been three years since I've been here. I'm hoping for a great experience. Lauren was very attentive and promptly got our drinks and order. Sweet potato fries, pink burgers and ranch were reordered. Three lunch meals at about $52.
