The roads were blocked for the Carmel Marathon, so I drove around and saw the Woody's BBQ truck. I came right when they opened and ordered the pulled pork, brisket meal, and hot link. They were so friendly! The meat was tender and flavorful. I liked the sweet/spicy BBQ sauce. My only regret was not ordering the chicken to try and getting extra sauce. View all feedback.

Woody's catered a briquet and pulled-pork meal for 100 at my office today. Also included homemade mac and cheese and slaw. Perfect execution in every regard. Absolutely delicious. We will have them back soon.
This place is great for bbq. Its a great big trailer and I think he smokes the food right in the trailer! I went for lunch had the ribs and they were awesome. I went back up and got a smoked chicken for dinner. The slaw was pretty good too, but the barbecue was awesome. It was also cool that the guy working was Woody!
Flaming Wood B.B.Q. just catered an event for my company. They supplied B.B.Q. Half Chicken and B.B.Q. Pork. And WOW! That was awesome. They served enough for 50 people. It's presentation was excellent. And the taste was even better (I had some of both! . They provide sauces I selected the Spicy It was not too hot it was a good amount of heat and a large amount of flavor! All the meat was tender, no gristle, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Woody's just catered our picnic out at Eagle Creek. They did a fantastic job. I'm thinking it is best brisket in town. The pulled pork and baked beans were really good too.
If you have never had this bbq you are really missing a treat. Everything is good. The ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, sausage, etc. At this point they can do no wrong. The burnt ends, can't forget those. I've had everything and have no complaints, well, maybe one. That I can't get the ribs during the winter months.
