I called the other day. they had just decided to make lunch at lunchtime. very welcoming, friendly, nice log burner, faster service, excellent eating. shortens warm menu or baguettes etc.)for lunchtime, but any amount of choice for me. very happy. beautiful old world real “proper” pub. I hope to go back. had pan roasted salmon, choice of sauce, choice of veg or salat, kartoffel or chips, yum! View all feedback.
We love coming here. it is our weekly lunch break and our fav food to order is the bacon cheese burger and lasagne, all washed with a refreshing pint of inches cider. Sunday roasts are also fab and excellent worth as well as pud! sally and...team are always friendly and have really welcomed us since we recently moved into the opposite.
During our three-day stay at a nearby location, we dined at this lovely inn every day. Sally and the team were outstanding, providing excellent service with a friendly and professional attitude. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
We spent a few nights in the penlan holiday park, in a Swiss cabin that was beautiful. we dare in cenarth to see the amazing falls and stopped at the three horses for a drink in the sun. we have decided that we will follow. even return for a meal. we have booked our table with ease over the website. we arrived early and our table was available. we were shown to our table by a waitress who seemed interested in knowing how we were both. very friendly. we were served immediately, eating came in good time and was delicious. we chose the gammon and sampi as we had both eaten in the night before steak. could not fail the service. we hope to return to the three horse hoes to another occasion in the future to try the steaks. at the end of our meal we asked our waitress whether a taxi could be booked for us to take us minutes the dark, windy, hilly gasses back to the penlan holiday park. our waitress returned to inform us sally (the manager of the pubs) would return us in their own car to the cabin. we were so shocked and surprised by this very friendly offer to take us home. we have never experienced such an excellent service, definitiw beyond and beyond. would definitely be highly recommended and will be the next time we are back in penlan. Thank you.
A little jewel. visited twice during the stay in cenarth. the personal was super friendly and polite and eating nice with vegan / vegetarian options on the menu. warmer and more cozy place, happy that our dog can accompany us.
An inpromptu lunch whilst taking a leisurely walk along Cenarth Falls, friendly service, comfy seats and really tasty food. would recommend.
