an excellent load with excellent location and parking . it was around 17.30 clock on Thursday afternoon, but no one could be found on the floor or in the cafeteria to answer our request or order a cup of coffee! However, there is a large selection of household goods for sale and there was a cash box visible the only person we could see! View all feedback.

Had to clean my own table and requested a cloth to wipe it down which was not forthcoming! The one member of staff finally came and cleared the table next to us.. theres a lot to be learned here on giving good customer service with a pleasant smile. View all feedback.
This load is rarely disappointed! have found many beautiful things. light lack of furniture: table on display complete from storage (including online) and storage date not clear

Beautiful business with good employees and cheap items. they are left off from their coffeeshop. they need a long time for their coffee break. not enough personal leads to a long wait that goes nowhere.
Love dunelm, but because I lost a reception, even tho unopened and clearly from their shop they do not exchange for a larger size! shock!
Always got lovely items in store, clean and tidy. The cafe upstairs is highly recommended.
