Drive thru, so the atmosphere was not a concern, anyhoo, it's a Macdonalds so all good. We had breakfast, I had the breakfast wrap, partner had an egg muffin and hash browns... All as to be expected. No problems at all service was swift and efficient. All in all a good experience. View all feedback.
What johnerees doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Shockingly bad food I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese which looked nothing like the menu photo it was just thrown in a box, had dried out snd tasted and felt like shoe leather. Absolute rubbish View all feedback.
Milkshake machine not working. No big shock with that. Asked to swap carrot sticks instead of fries with happy meal and brought out just nuggets. Went in and asked for the carrot sticks and they gave me apples and grapes instead. Gave up asking again. Also asked if want sauce and said ketchup but not given. Why ask?
Waited 20 mins for breakfast even though it was not busy at all, the girls seemed super slow and the amount of people bringing drinks back because they were cold or had no coffee in was unbelievable. My cheesy flatbread had no contents inside and our toffee lattes were plain lattes. Never one to complain but it needs sorting out especially when people pay for their food and are having to bring it back.
Very disappointed, wrap half empty, cheeseburgers flatter than pancakes.
One of the worst McDonalds in the area, very slow service, cold burgers . Staff are always too busy, if paying cash expect a long wait. Drive through I've had items missing on many occasions. Carmarthen McDonalds is much better.
Strawberry milkshake and a couple of burgers hits the spot
