Went to costas in Parc cwmdu My husband and.myself called in for Breakfast What Helpful staff very Pleasant very helpful

Terrible customer service, Very miserable staff member called Tracey, no patience and very rude woman won't be returning

Came to costa with my son tonight and waited ten minutes in line with out even being acknowledged while he stocked the fridges with milk was also people behind me waiting to be served also then rudely asked what we wanted then went to pay with a gift card and was rudely told that I couldn’t use it here all in all horrible service and the drinks were mediocre safe to say I will not be coming her again maybe hire some staff that know how to have manners!!!!!!!

This is my local Costa. I mostly use the drive through (maybe twice a week), but go in maybe once every couple of months. Professional, friendly and courteous staff. Never had an order wrong unlike the place nearby with the golden M!! Sometimes the sausages in the bap are overcooked and inedible. The cafe and toilets are clean.

They can 't get a basic cup of tea right! First I ask for no milk..my tea has milk, yet they ask.. did you actually ask for no milk? Then half a cup of water as they have to leave room for milk!! Young girl so full of her own importance. Customer service isn 't the best here normally. We will be taking our customers to Starbucks after today.
