What Josh F doesn't like about The Lubar And Bistro:
This restaurant is inconsistent. I usually order a salad, which is quite tasty. The homemade ranch dressing is exceptionally good. I have also sampled the wraps and... View all feedback.
The food was good for one of us, but not for the other. The waiter was very sweet trying to reach the whole restaurant himself. She did well, but the staff in the kitchen let us and her down. Try it again.

The steaks are... good, but I can't complain. The overall feeling of the place is great. The food is good, people are great, why are you going somewhere else? Only my humble opinion.
Adorable small bistro with picturesque decor. We stopped eating when we went through town for a weekend getaway. Our server was so sweet and seemed to know and take care of the regulars that came in. I ordered the Wels sandwich with sweet potatoes and a strawberry daiquiri, and my friend ordered a pulled pork sandwich with frits and a beer. Both were delicious. They have several flavors of Gelato, so we also had a shovel of them; it was divine. Our bill was much cheaper than expected less than $30. We'll stop here again if we ever get through in the future.
This place was just what we were looking for for a long day. The menu was big, the food was spectacular and we often travel. When we finished or tried our meals... I had the pasta and the servings were simply amazingly large, we went to the bar where we relaxed for a few hours about some nice wine selection. This place is like a big Chicago or Boston bar with the main restaurant Rome up and a bar like a talk-easy in the basement. It was really cool!
Went there for lunch when I was on a business trip. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, waited 45 minutes, and then received a Lubar's special pizza. Pizza wasn't bad. Just not what I ordered. Went back to the worksite and a couple guys told me the place has gone downhill ever since the previous manager left and all the cooks left with her. I'd have to agree with them.
