What MrDavetheSarks doesn't like about Noels Place @ Royal Hotel Carlton:
The service was actually pretty good, and the pub itself was quite nice. However they didn't have a huge range of offerings on tap, which was a little disappointing. View all feedback. What mrdom likes about Noels Place @ Royal Hotel Carlton:
Not as nice looking as the Allawah but still good and has the sweet non-Merivale prices. Seems to be one of the cheapest along this line outside of happy hour, not even a card surcharge. View all feedback.

read moreLocated in the Kogarah area, this pub stands out as one of the best options in the vicinity. With a layout catering to different preferences - a bistro for families, a bar for tradies, a racing lounge for gamers, and a glass fish bowl for social smokers, there is something for everyone. While the kitchen is decent, it's best to avoid the pasta night due to the high price for minimal sauce. Visitors have praised the delicious and affordable meals, with options like the easier starter breakfast and grilled chicken with sweet potato receiving high praise. The venue also offers specials like Wednesday night ribs, rump, and beer for just $15. Despite some complaints about cigarette smoke permeating the bar area, the friendly staff, good quality food, and range of budget-friendly choices make this pub a popular spot for locals and visitors alike.
