Terre à Terre - Carlstadt

Amazing delicious food once again by Chef Todd. We chose a salmon omelette, vegetable scramble, beet salad, and four cheese mac.

This was our second time dining here and both times were a truly wonderful meal. This time we were lucky enough to have the Spring menu (they had just changed over), and everything was just perfect. All four of us loved our appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Everything here is delicious, be it the fish, pasta, or chicken. The space itself is gorgeous and the wait staff is accommodating and gracious.

The experience was fine but there was a lack of correlation between the prices and servings. Prices were totally out of line for quantity presented and given location or ambiance of the restaurant. The $17 price on appetizers alone is outrageous. For example, the mushroom lasagna appe that was touted by the waitress as fabulous, was a joke in size, was hard to cut and was without any memorable taste or experience. We ordered 3 different appes and none stick on my mind at all. I was really, really looking forward to this meal, especially after reading so many great things about the restaurant. But unfortunately, I have NO yearn to return at all.

Came for brunch and had a tasty pasta. Artichoke appetizer was really good. Took a really long time to get the check. Not that we were in a rush but was a little too slow Parking is a bit rough to get in. The one lot behind the key shop is so small.

Another terrific dining experience. Superb food with terrific service.
