What User doesn't like about Tommy V's Urban Kitchen:
Service was not good. The menu price does not match the charges. After confronting the server, she said it's because they did not update the cost. Requested for more water and she said she will let someone bring more water. Which never happened. Very disappointing View all feedback.
New menu, new chef! Great food, great service! Awesome experience, Melissa and Kevin take a personal interest in your dining experience. The staff makes the difference, everyone truly cares about your experience. Come give them a try, with the new menu be patient.
Food is always fantastic, customer service is beyond amazing and the friendly reception never fades. Anytime I am at Tommy V’s I leave with a sense of having chosen the perfect place for dinner or a night out with friends.
We had an amazing dinner here. The waiter who was from New Orleans was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was excited about the food and the company. My friend is a vegan and they were glad to make her something. It was a well thought out dish not just pasta and sauce! My pasta with short ribs was amazing.
Our dinner was delicious. Our waiter Paulie was awesome! Great atmosphere friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I have been going to Tommy Vs since 2010 and while like any restaurant it's had it's up and downs, the food and service is always good. Melissa's recently hired a Chef from Sicily and they have created a unique concept and menu that might just be the best Italian restaurant in San Diego. We love it there.
