What User doesn't like about Shake Shack:
My experience at this restaurant was less than ideal. I had ordered a burger, but it never came out despite being told they still had it. Eventually, I ended up ordering chicken sandwiches instead, which did arrive. After some confusion, it was discovered that my burger had been made but not given to me. Last night we went to Shake Shack for dinner. Let me start by saying the two gals at the counter area were so upbeat, friendly and helpful.The gentleman who was bussing the tables in the dining area was GREAT!! Another happy, helpful, full of energy all around enjoyable person. I would give this 5 stars but I would have loved a veggie or turkey burger option, the fried chicken sandwich was great but high in calories. Fries are delicious, burger received high ratings as well. Thank you for an enjoyable happy place to have dinner.
Ordered online, the website told me my food was ready. Went inside, they didn't even started to make my order. Waited like an idiot for 20mins...
I heard about S.S and I'm glad they open up close to me. I tried smoke shaker burger. I love small spicy sauce. size of the burger is perfect for me. I sat outside the terrace and enjoy beautiful sun.
The burger was nothing special, size or taste wise. The chicken sandwich was good, as were the chicken pieces, the fries and shake. But I don’t think any of the food stands out.We sat in the outdoor space in the back. It was nice but very loud it’s very close to El Camino Real.They just opened, so maybe the burgers will improve. You order at a kiosk so not much interaction with the staff.We were there at 5 pm. By the time we left there was a line of 25 lined up out the door.
The newest outpost of Shake Shack in San Diego features all the favorite items that have made them a run-away success.
