Everyone working today's (8/23) morning/early afternoon shift deserves a raise. I've never had a quicker, more pleasant takeout experience in my life. And the mushroom chicken and chow mein was excellent as well View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I am feeling really disappointed. After a rough day, I went to get my favorite noodles with the beyond orange bun, but they have stopped serving it. It was so tasty and now I can't have it anymore. I know it may sound silly, but I really miss it. I can't just replace it with something else. If it ever comes back, I will buy in bulk and stock up in my freezer. I order a plate and a dozen and so roll a by delivery. my daughter comes from santa cruz. I took heavy drugs. Now first they have calculated a tipp for almost 4 dollar plus a delivery fee of six dollars, but they managed to get my order wrong. 1/2 of the meal came for over thirty dollars. my question is . . are they challenged? if they don't like their job, they go to school or find something else to do. forty years ago I worked in a deli while I went to college. I was always proud to be nice and my costumes and my orders always take directly on the target.
If you value customer service, avoid this Panda Express location.I really like Panda Express and I’ve been going there for as long as I can remember. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed at this location and ordered some food for my family. They told me it would be at least 15 minutes before it’s ready because they had already turned off their fryers!I went outside and showed back up 15 minutes later and they told me they were closed! When I asked for my order, they claimed I never ordered any food. When I showed them my receipt, they didn’t apologize for forgetting to make my order. They told me the fryers were turned off again and looked at me blankly. I’m guessing they wanted me to just ask for a refund. If my kids didn’t want their Orange chicken so bad, I just would have just gotten my refund and left. Instead, I asked them to make the food I had ordered. That’s when the employees started to give me a lot of negative attitude.None of the 6 employees would step up and acknowledge missing my order and two them defended the person who forgot my order. I didn’t ask for or need an apology. I did ask them to at least acknowledge that they forgot my order, because I felt I deserved at least that acknowledgment for having to wait even longer for my food. They acted like it was my fault because I didn’t wait in their restaurant. I’ve never been required to wait in any of the other Panda Express restaurants that I’ve visited for my order to be completed.What appeared to be the girlfriend of the employee who forgot my order stepped in and told me that I didn’t understand how hard their job was and that I needed to be more respectful of how hard their job was. It felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone. When I told the woman it would feel nice to get a simple acknowledgment that they forgot my order, no fault of my own, she proceeded to verbally assault me with multiple expletives. None of the employees asked her to stop! I would have left at that point, but they were finally putting my order together. There was clearly no manager present.I reported the event on the Panda Express website, so they could address the situation. They responded later with a very poorly written response hardly acknowledging what happened and simply said they would handle the matter. I heard nothing more from them or the management.I love the food at Panda Express, but I just lost a lot of respect for their management. My experience was largely a failure of good management on so many levels.

Disgusting food. Can't believe Panda replaced delicious Pick Up Stix. Boooooo
Nice new location with friendly staff, however upon arriving at 10:45 AM I was shocked to see a lot of menu items were low or out. The food itself tasted different than I'm used to, they obviously used a ton of sauce and over cooked everything. I thought everything would be fresh before the lunch crowd. The beef in the broccoli beef was so overcooked it was like beef jerky and the Kung pow chicken was way too saucy. Perhaps they just haven't gotten the hang of it yet but I'm not sure I'd give this location another chance.
