What User doesn't like about Le Papagayo Carlsbad:
cocktails were good, but expensive. I had a turn on the old fashion. they added a coffee liquor that exaggerated the other excellent ingredients. I have the paella as the main course. loaded with very delicious seafood and Spanish sausage. only critique is, it was more a risotto than paella. but still very good. I'll try the muddles by the way. they were tall and fleshy. View all feedback.
Large ambiente with good eating and excellent service
Our server was nice but spread way too thin. Fig and prosciutto flatbread was overly sweet.
Food, service, and atmosphere was great. Will definitely be going back.
Server took my drink before I was done and it was expensive
We've eaten at Le Papagayo many times. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We sat in the dining room to the left of the entrance which was nice. We usually sit on the covered patio at a high top which is also nice.
