I often leave open table for reservations, but rarely leave reviews, as I always understood this open table was just a reservation platform. ember and rye have proved me really wrong and exceeded my expectations. I wrote in my reservations that we celebrated my friend birthday and that he loved moscato and I would love if we could start our dinner experience with a roast of moscato. I wrote this thinking they would overlook it as I saw it in other institutions. to my surprise they dropped two champagne flutes of moscato when we sat and treated us to a beautiful birthday desert at the house, all unexpected pleasant. from the team at park hyatt and ember and roggen, they are really 5 stars and deliver this excellent service. thanks for a special night!
