They didn't provide chopsticks or napkins, but the eggs were cooked perfectly. The broth was excellent, and the pork portions were generous!

The gyoza was excellent and clearly seemed to be homemade. The ramen was well-packaged, with the noodles and broth kept separate. The broth was rich in flavor, the toppings were fresh, and the noodles had a delightful chewiness.

The vegan tan tan ramen is the standout dish on the menu! It's absolutely delicious!

I had high hopes for the vegan ramen at Beshock Ramen, but while it was good, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I also tried the vegan sushi roll, which was decent but similarly underwhelming. There's another sushi spot in San Diego where the vegan rolls far surpass what I experienced here. It's great to see vegan options available, but I doubt I'll return.
