When we were in Harrisburg, we knew how delicious this restaurant was! This location has the same menu, but a larger dining area. I ordered the pesto mac n cheese pita (again) and it did not disappoint. My mother tried the ranch tofu and speck sandwich and it was delicious! I'm sure everything they make is fantastic, but I just can't resist the mac n cheese! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Vegetable Hunter:
We had high hopes for this purely vegan spot near our vacation house. But while friendly (and clean as a whistle) most our meals were bland. The sauces were better than the meat substitutes. For instance, the “no dog” was completely tasteless, though the BBQ sauce on it was good. The mac n cheese was decent but the mac was overcooked. View all feedback.
Very good food at cost friendly rate. I like the Banh Mi sandwich.
We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon when things were slow and they were out of a few things we wanted to try. What we did get was good, like the nachos. Would love to try the beer selection next time!
The Mac and Cheese was over cooked and had no salt in it. The chickn burger lacked flavor and the only thing carrying it was Mayo and barbecue sauce. The only thing I liked was nachos bc I ordered a mushroom soup and tofu bowl too which weren’t very good
We absolutely adored this restaurant. The food, including the dessert, was fantastic. The beer they served was also top-notch.
We were very excited to come here. Unfortunately we picked a bad day. They were out of a lot of items (NO CHEESE SAUCE!!! Otherwise the food was great!
