As someone who was trying to make the drive from Dallas to cincinnati in 1 day this place you should avoid. Really slow.. There were 3 people there. 2 women and 1 guy. The guy seemed a new and kinda didnt want to be there, he at least worked. The two women though... if you were blind and deaf you could tell they wanted to be anywhere but there. Extremely rude, unhelpful. There was a line and one women was walking in and our of the back but still in view of the customers. She would help for 15 seconds then not care anymore. The older lady there presumably the manager but idk just flat out stood there and did nothing to help. Asked for strip chicken and I got rotisserie chicken. Avoid this place if you are in a rush.

I walked in and they shut it down at lunch! How do you say you're closing at lunch? My experience, is there's never someone behind the bar working. They're always elsewhere and you have to wait for them to arrive, they're always understaffed and under trained. This was my last attempt to eat here.

Coming from out of state it was a surprise when the worker making our sandwiches wasn't wearing a mask by default. Maybe that's the norm, but it was shocking to us. The sandwich prep worker did reluctantly put on a mask when asked but overall was not a great experience. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone stopping here while passing through.
