Redds Smokehouse Bbq Carlisle

The best bbq I've had this decade. We tried a little bit of everything ie. Wings, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and smoked prime rib. Even the sides and sauces were awesome. This place is a must try for sure.

My husband and I love Redd's! Not everyone is going to agree on BBQ joints but it doesn't matter...this is MY review! My fave has always been the pulled pork with Honey Mustard sauce. My hubby prefers the ribs and wings. The sides are good. The staff is friendly. The prices are decent. Try it. If you like it, great! If not, well...all I know is since we are locals, it's always a delicious option!!

Drove through Carlisle PA from NJ heading home to Ohio. Found this on Yelp with solid reviews. I must say it’s one of the best BBQ restaurants I’ve come across. Great food, well presented, and the service was top notch. We appreciate the hospitality as we stopped on our long trip home. A new spot we’ll defiantly stop at again when we return that way !!!!

This food made me erect within mere moments. The only thing more moist than the food I was eating was me...within my trousers. 11/10 would recommend to everyone

Great gem in downtown Carlisle..enjoyed everything before going to Allenberry Theater. Our waitress Sarah added to our great experience... We will be back.. great find
