I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it is still as good as it was then. Massey's is a Carlisle staple for good reason. Milkshakes are WONDERFUL. Their take on the Dairy Queen blizzard is awesome so much more candy in it than you get at DQ. Lines can get long on a Saturday night, and parking can be a challenge, but so worth it. Got a chocolate shake. It wasn't even cold. And had It had no hint of chocolate taste whatsoever. I threw it away. Only reason I gave any stars is when I stop for a dish it's fine. Warm milkshakes?? No thanks View all feedback.
This place was great! We have nothing even close to tasting this good in CT. Glad I stumbled upon it while I was staying close by for one night.
There is no other! The best ice-cream. We go to Carlisle yearly for a reunion at Dickinson and visit Massey’s at least twice while there. We also take a few pints home.
The perfect ice cream for a warm evening. I ordered an Oreo cookie Arctic Mount made with their chocolate frozen custard. It was delicious, as their ice cream is every time.

Literally the best ice cream place in the area! Delicious treats, great and friendly staff, and perfect location. It doesn't get any better than Massey's frozen custard!
