Hickory Ridge -creamery-country Store-catering

We had our first experience with them yesterday at a wedding they catered. Everything was amazing. The beef brisket, veggies, Mac cheese, grilled chicken, buns and apple butter. So good that we just visited their restaurant tonight for some more yummy food. The roast turkey was just like Thanksgiving dinner. Amazing and moist and my husband loved the pulled pork. They also have Gluten Free menu options. We don't go to Carlisle much but we will definitely be back for Hickory Ridge!!

I came to eat away a bad mood, and take home leftovers. I ordered a BBQ sampler and it didn't all fit on one plate. Mission accomplished. The meatloaf is especially good.

I could eat this food for the rest of my life. They catered my moms wedding this past weekend. Everyone loved it. The food is still good, microwaved, 3 days later. I could drown in the Mac and cheese and their garlic chicken has ruined all other garlic chickens for me. Super tender, juicy, and well flavored/seasoned. I can’t imagine having the food fresh in the restaurant. I don’t think I could handle it. 10/10 would recommend. Please send more apple butter.

Oh…my….gosh! Becky…look at those biscuits!! I am a biscuit expert and the biscuits here are truly the best I have ever eaten. All the food was amazing and the best tea I’ve had in ages. Peanut butter pie for dessert was scrumptious. The heck with the chains…do yourself a favor and eat here. Our waitress was so nice. Wish I lived closer to eat here all the time.

Boomers seem to love the place. I'm a little younger than that, but I have an old soul. The number of people who give us a thumb and say it?s the wait was encouraging. I had the turkey with filling. Next time, I'd be less serious because it was very salty. The meat and filling were great. You have real potatoes? Are we? The use of potato flakes is the sign they do not try. My wife had breakfast pancakes and bacon and she shaved about it, especially the bacon. The place was packed in 2022? That's pretty good! The prices were reasonable. Next time definitely try BBQ or Seafood!
