The restaurant had a typical strip mall Chinese buffet atmosphere. I found several dishes to be subpar, and when I asked for the raw doughnuts, they said they were unable to provide them in small portions, so we ended up with a large order. I do not plan on returning.
Absolutely the best Chinese in carlisle. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Didn't try the buffer yet,but carryout is phenomenal, and huge portions for low cost. General tso was the best I've ever tried.
The staff treat you very well. There is very good service. The food is good and it won't burn your wallet. I would recommend this place to anyone.
