I called ahead last Friday to reserve a parking space for our small campervan, and we were greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome. The staff were extremely accommodating and the atmosphere was super dog-friendly. The food was incredible, and we ended up staying the entire night. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. We and Alfie (our dog) hope to visit again soon. I highly recommend this hidden gem. View all feedback.

My buddy, Steve and I from the US, were on our Hadrian Wall walk. It was lunch time when we ran into this amazing pub. Have just enjoyed a fabulous lunch. Visited for the first time and would highly recommend.
Fantastic pub with the most welcoming staff and wonderful food! Highly recommended!
Stopped here for some lunch. Was not disappointed. Enjoyable.
