Nando's - Carlisle

We tried to eat here tonight with our son, the 1st it rained and there were several empty tables. the lady who was seated, told us there were no available tables. we were past the window, there were at least...5 empty tables in the lower seat area. they were all visible clean. she said it was a 15-minute waiting time for a table. I can't understand why she would say that with clear empty tables. I asked if we could wait inside, we weren't told about crowdings. very poor customer service for a young family. it would be a bad customer service for everyone, but with a young child and with the weather it was totally inappropriate. No one thinks waiting for food when there are delays, but waiting for tables when they are already empty is quite ridiculous.

They always know what they get with nando and they haven't disappointed. half a huh is always good and enjoyed eating. service was good

Order of means of life that were not delivered. no possibility to contact the actual load. I have my money just enough, but it's impossible to sort. Worst Square to order from, they avoid all costs

Where do I start? when we came in, we were greeted by rude coworkers who seemed like they would rather be somewhere else but there. We were led to a table that was still occupied, and unclean (covid regs? had to wait until they cleared. the table before we could sit (just be clear, the restaurant was quite empty) we were given a vague statement about the order, and as such we did not get our glasses until our food had arrived. the personal just walked around, really rude and it was just a muffy atmosphere. there was only one man (not a name catching) who tried to see us and ask us about eating. To be fair, eating was nice, apart from the riders who had the seasonal at the top, only great problems with the staff.

Very rude receptionists, a very long waiting time. Avoid it at your best, a waste of time if you are busy.
