we had a nice afternoon tee celebrated my mother 70th birthday, wonderful eating all homemade and well presented, great coworkers who could not do enough for her, they saw whether everything was in order and keep tee and coffee out if necessary, and apple juice for the children also, beautiful place, would definitely recommend it to make the day especially for us all! Have been to Bessiestown, and many others, for teas to celebrate special occasions and feel qualified to comment. They never fail to disappoint. Bessies is right up there with recognised destination of greater fame. They work really hard to prepare and create the right atmosphere...depending on the occasion. Can not wait to repeat fabulous afternoons in besiestown. everything was made to house, so delicious and melt in mouth. too much for us to manage, but what we could not eat was plated and given us to take home. I couldn't mistake the experience.
4 of us went tee this afternoon. I must follow a gluten-free diet. I just couldn't believe how amazing it all tasted. so beautiful, all homemade and taste so beautiful. the personal is attentive. I can understand it very well. a great thank you to all super employees.
We have booked here very last minute and the employees/owners could no longer meet. the afternoon we were served was completely out of this world. everything was homemade and fresh. the personal was so friendly and attentive. that eats itself excellent. I couldn't recommend enough. absolutely wonderful.
We have recently visited, we were highly recommended to go! excellent eating and great service, this little jewel hidden in the boundaries must be in the top 5 in the cumbria borders area. regarding the quality of food ., on a par or better than many of the top hotels included in the . sharrow bay.
Amazing, everything lovely and fresh and all home cooked. The cakes were to die for. The staff were lovely and very helpful and made my friends 80th birthday treat a joy.
