My family and I decided to stop by for a snack while driving. There were five of us, so we planned our order as we approached the drive-thru speaker. Unfortunately, this location was out of several items we wanted, including chicken noodle soup, cheddar cheese bagels, and ciabatta buns for their crispy chicken. My family and I decided to stop by for a snack while driving. There were five of us, so we planned our order as we approached the drive-thru speaker. Unfortunately, this location was out of several items we wanted, including chicken noodle soup, cheddar cheese bagels, and ciabatta buns for their crispy chicken. They did offer us the option of getting the crispy chicken on a whole wheat bun, so we agreed to that substitution. However, when we reached the window, we were told they were also out of crispy chicken. We were disappointed by the limited selection and wish we had known earlier. It seems they should work on thawing out their food more quickly.
Today we received excellent service at this restaurant! The staff consisted of a mix of student servers and two adults.
