Vincent's Clam - CARLE PLACE

This is hands down the best pasta restaurant! We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was fantastic! We've since returned several times, and just a week ago, I took my in-laws who were visiting from overseas, along with my 1-year-old daughter. I really appreciated how accommodating they were with my request for a high chair and a table that was away from the main area, while also keeping our stroller in a safe spot. The bread with olive oil and herbs/basil was simply perfect, the calamari (which I didn't get a photo of) was warm and not overly crispy, and the clam linguine with wine sauce and lobster-kiss pasta was also excellent! My in-laws loved it too, particularly because it wasn’t overly salty. My daughter enjoyed the pasta as well! I definitely recommend this place!

The food was delicious and fresh, we came because of the high review. Dishes are good but because we were there during peak hours, we waited for about five minutes to order our lunch. And during the entire dining, no body came to add water for us. Clamchowder was good but it was warm I wish it could be a little warmer or like hot soup. However, the overall experience was ok. Weordered seafood pasta, clam chowder and seafood platter. I’m personally not a big fan of calamari, there were tons of calamariin the seafood platter and our seafood pasta. It’s good for calamari lovers but unfortunately not for me. But I still like thepasta, it was good.

This has to be one of my best dining experiences since the pandemic. The service, the food, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. It's a good idea to make reservations, as there was a large crowd waiting to be seated. My party only waited about 10 minutes after arriving for our reservation. Our waiter, Jared, made us feel like family and as if we had known each other for years. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended some fantastic dishes! The portion sizes were so generous that we had plenty left over to take home! I highly recommend this place for a lovely family dinner!

I just had a wonderful meal at Vincent's Clam Bar with my family! The food was fantastic, and the portion sizes were very generous. The service was top-notch; our server Brian was exceptional. The manager even stopped by to check in on us, which was a nice touch. As a special Father's Day gift, we received two beautiful glasses! I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

So I held back on this review a few days to get the right words. Vincent's is incredible! Amazing bounce back from a global pandemic. Quality is always great, service was spot on, management is always on their A game. I could recommend a few dishes(strangled priest, moneybags) but why would I deprive the great readers of their choice (Sunday gravy)? Glad they're local!
