This restaurant is a complete disaster. The buzzer never went off, so I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order. The staff had no clue what happened to my order and couldn't find any record of it. Without my receipt, they would probably accuse me of lying. Even after showing them the receipt, they still managed to get my order wrong. The food spilled in the takeout bag and they never gave me the chips and utensils I requested. This place is a complete joke.
I went on two separate Saturdays trying to try their new grilled chicken sandwich. Both times they were out of stock. Posters in front of the windows touting the grilled chicken sandwich. If you don't have it, don't advertise it. Your basic Panera. A lot ofbread, little meat. Apathetic staff
