Unfortunately, I found the chicken parmesan lacking, as it came without ham, featured bland rubbery cheese, and accompanied by soggy, flavorless coleslaw. The service was nearly nonexistent; you have to pay at the bar for your food and collect it when your buzzer alerts you. The staff members who do walk around mainly just clear away dirty plates and empty glasses, if you're lucky. Honestly, even McDonald's offers a better experience. It's clear that Highfields has prioritized being understaffed with a prepayment system over actual hospitality.

Next tim... read more The pork belly was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. We wish we had been seated further away from the crying children, as it was quite loud. Next time, we’ll definitely try to get a table by the windows. We will certainly return because we really enjoyed our meals!
