As much as a lot of people complain about the waiting times, difficult location and changed menu, my first experience here was really positive. Finding it

I absolutely love ramen and even as a vegetarian, I go out of my way to try it in every country I go to.

I'm normally a big fan of IppudoThis location in Sydney left me disappointed. It's one of the nicest locations i've been to though.

First time here, good on some levels but a disappointing night for me. I 'd checked my dietary issues before booking, told them on ordering, gave my allergy/medical card to waitress. My scallops (white and bland, not seared) came without the puree (it did come separately) but with a salad with raw onion which my card specifically said I could not eat. Again the salad with lobster had the onion. Waste of food. The menu has a 'while you wait ' section which includes oysters. We ordered 12 to share, yet entrees came out first. A bit of discussion and we had our oysters first, but it was annoying and an unnecessary inconvenience. This is not a cheap restaurant, but doubt I 'll return. It is always stressful for someone with dietary restrictions to eat out, more so when one had been assured all would be fine. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$100–120 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Lobster Mornay
