We are merely wine lovers. The 5 course meal was impeccable while all 3 wines we tried were perfect, a white, a Rose red wine. Had one of the best fine dines in europe. Overall all of us voted 5 stars for the experience in this restaurant. The boss of Care Vineyard Nacho the waitress Camelia showed hospitality at it's best and we would definitely come back here should we decide to do another Europe road trip.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of wine and lovely atmosphere of the grounds of the Vineyard. Our guided tour around the process and accompanying grounds was fantastic, as a non wine drinker (before the Tour! it was very interesting and opened my mind and Pallet to the world of wine! Onto the best bit! Our menu was set out as 3 starters, fish, meat dish and a desert and all were fantastic. Beautiful presentation accompanied amazing flavours and fresh local ingredients. We started with Foix Gras and apple biscuit which was rich in flavour and presented beautifully. Next the dish of Partridge and Potatoe salad was again amazingly presented and flavours matched. The Fish course of slated cod loin was rich and beautifully cooked. Meat dish consisted of Pork Tenerloin wellington. Again beautiful is the only way to describe this. All dishes were accompanied by a selected wine which really brought out the flavours of each dish brilliantly. I would 100% recommend this restaurant and tour to anybody from wine experts to complete novices like myself!

The wines were absolutely excellent too. The only problem was finding the restaurant. It's in what looks like an unpromising factory miles out of town but don't give up it's so much worth it when you find it!. Use a sat nav.

I highly recommen... read more While a bit hidden and out of the way, about 30 minutes from Zaragoza, this place sports the best weekend lunch, which includes wine tastings. I highly recommend the lunch at Care, which comes with wine pairings. Food superb, ample and very nicely presented, not to mention abundant quantity of wine. This is a MUST for about 30 € per person, which is very reasonable for what you get. The winery itself is quite new, with modern production facilities installed in the last 10 years or so. Care reds are weak and still require development, while their whites, which are aided by abundant sun and extreme temperatures, are some of the best in the region. Try their Chardonnay, lovely dry and full, and Chardonnay macabeo blend, which goes only for export and is both crisp and easy. The winery tour takes about an hour, is too technical if you know how wine is made or if you don't really care; the tasting of 3 wines in the cellar is nice and is accompanied by very tasty tapas. Reds not impressive, rose very good. This is included in your lunch price. Overall, one of the best culinary outings in Cariñena.
