I had the Pesto Halloumi with av... read more It was my first time visiting this cafe. The design of the cafe was very warm and home-like. My food experience wasn't too bad. I had the Pesto Halloumi with avo as an extra. Unfortunately for me, there was not enough Pesto flavour in this meal. The Halloumi wasn't too amazing. And with my avo as an extra, it was actually smashed onto my toasts. I thought it'd be a half avo (or full if lucky) on the side. However, as a suggestion, I would have this meal deconstructed to be able to have full flavouring of all the food items. Unfortunately, Merlo being one of my best coffee, my large flat white had more foam than a latte. Not too sure what was going on there. The wait for two meals took a while too.

I had a piccolo, OJ & a huge BLT totally loaded with really tasty bacon and hubby had a bacon and egg burger add avo with a mug of coffee the size of his head and it was only $33! Service was super friendly, meals were quick and delicious. My only feedback was that the hydro lettuce on my BLT while very fresh had wilted from the hot bacon. If we're ever on this side of town again we'll be back for the steak sandwich! Thanks for having us :)

I'm not a fan of really strong coffee, so it was perfect for me.

We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. the coworkers are so nice kids love toasties and cookies with smarties, I like the bean brew club... read more We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. the coworkers are so nice kids love toasties and cookies with smarties, I like the bean brew club. in the upper floor there are a few corners in which they can hide for a cooled visit.
