The gallbladder was really good. the steak above. perfect cooked medium rare thick and tender. in other parts of Latin America where I have eaten steak, it was usually quite hard, so I was pleasantly surprised. I went another night and ate lamb too very good.
The grill is one of the things I've missed since I got home in Miami, blossomed. food is incredible. all of it. pork, cowboy, lamb, birds and organs of all kinds. By the way, you must try the lamb ravioles. the staff is friendly and attentive. It seems much more expensive than it is. They also have a full bar. great place to eat a lamb and drink a bottle of johnny blue. I can't wait to get back as soon as possible. Great for lunch or dinner. My best wishes for all in the grill. I have spent a long period of time in Argentina, and I can say without a doubt that this is the best experience I have had in a restaurant in this country ... what has made me return to the table several times. service is excellent. As soon as I enter, I am greeted, I feel and I don't have to wait for a prolonged period of time for a server to bring bread menus (a wonderful presentation of several different types of homemade bread) and take a drink order. . my experience in many other restaurants here has been waiting, waiting and waiting to be served. Not here. the waiters are all very attentive and friendly. The food is amazing too. The ribs to the barbecue are, far away, some of the best I have tried (and that includes ribs in st. louis, memphis, kansas city, etc). wherever they got that recipe, it is excellent. the roasted pig (cooked for hours) literally melts in the mouth. Generally, you can't make a mistake with the beef in Argentina, and the grill on the grill is frontline. I've tried almost everything. the beads are perfectly cooked, the skirt bife has an amazing taste and a perfect texture. the restaurant decoration is elegant, the music is never too high or too low. in general, this would be a place that would recommend to anyone who visits Argentina and this region.
I moved to Argentina about two months ago. I've been having dinner almost every night knowing good air and other areas of Argentina. They were crispy on the outside and mantained almost like foie gras. Then we had bq ribs, amazing. then lamb the rack of lamb. casually, we knew the owner. What a surprise was to see the owner of one of our favorite restaurants of new york in valeria del mar. his experience in the competitive and demanding market of new york gave him the advantage in Argentina, where not all are service-oriented. the service here is amazing, all this with two great bottles of wine for three people cost less than 900 pesos.
Delicious barbecue. delicious pork ribs with potato garnish and exquisite Argentine wine, is all you need to take advantage of the day here. with a melifluous background jazz music, this restaurant has the best steak I've ever tasted. elegant and stylish decoration. meat is cooked excellent perfectly. a place designed for you: service, atmosphere and dessert menu, I had an amazing cheese cake. I strongly recommend it.
