You want a REAL Italian grinding machine - don't look any further! Best Italian sub throughout the state of Maine. Fresh meat and bread. We also have chocolate desserts and they were delicious! They also have some delicious chocolate desserts! I really wish they were open later because I would eat here every day. I can't wait to return! The owners are very friendly too.
This bakery is outstanding! We sampled a variety of items for different occasions, and everything was excellent. Highly recommended!
The pantry and sandwiches are fantastic! While the owner tends to share his political views through various characters, it's best to just overlook that and focus on enjoying the delicious food.

This place is a Caribou gem!! Great baked goods. Great sandwiches. Very fast service and very nice owners. I have tried a few sandwiches and my favorite is the chicken salad.
