I stumbled across this hidden gem and it was a great find! The food was amazing and the owners were incredibly friendly. It's like a little piece of Austria right here in BC. My wife and I will definitely be returning!

My partner and I recently took a trip to the coast for the BC long weekend. We decided to stop at the Edelweiss restaurant along Highway 97 in Lac La Hache for dinner. This charming schnitzel house is always a favorite of ours.
Classic and high quality Germanic cuisine with several other options. The lake view is awesome and the service is provided by the owners. A unique little hole in the wall kinda place. I always want to try other entrees but always end up having the Hunter Schnitzel. So yummy! The cheesecake is really good as well.
The food was excellent and the service was too. It came out quickly was perfect! Prices are great for the delicious food you get and we highly reccomemd the raspberry delight for dessert!
