I ate here yesterday and the burger was amazing. I ordered my food online and it was supposed to be ready at 3:30pm and I asked for BBQ sauce on the side. When I got there at 3:45pm they made me wait another ten minutes for my order. So 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready is excessive. Then when I got home there was no sauce. The brisket/jalapeno fries were good but there was only a few small pieces... View all feedback.

Ordered off of DoorDash. Burger meat tasted RANCID. The vegetables were gross. Couldn't eat the burger for the horrible taste. I don't know how an employee thought that it was acceptable to use those nasty vegetables either, shame they let that go out their door. Absolutely recommend saving your money going anywhere else for a burger. View all feedback.

Doesn't actually exist....says it's part of dickeys but we went in and no burgers. Evidently you have to order burgers online...What the heck is that about?
Big Deal is Dickey 's. They 're part of the same company along with a wing place and 1 additional restaurant. Only downside is you HAVE to order online... Even if you walk in gotta place online order. With that said...Big Deal is a BIG DEAL!Wow are the burgers huge!But also very delicious! A true bbq/smoked burger.I had the Dad Bod burger and boy was it tasty! The blue cheese dressing with the burger/bbq was a winning combo. I did deconstruct the burger after the first 2 bites...I couldn 't open my mouth that big.But highly recommend!The staff here was awesome! The gentlemen behind the counter answered any/all questions and truly looked to be enjoying his job. The young lady at the register was also a rockstar. Multitasking the walk-ups and the drive thru while walking orders out to tables. Both were very engaging with customers and really made it a welcoming atmosphere.I 'm a truck driver that visits many cities and restaurants and this establishment is by FAR one of the best and friendliest and CLEANEST!!!I will definitely be back to this Lafayette location!
The bill was $5 more than the prices on the sign. They said that corporate changed the prices. We were charged the same price for a one meat plate as for a two meat plate. They were unable to make change for a $100 bill and seemed to have trouble with the credit card machine. There were no sugar substitutes for the tea. The food was good but we won’t be back.
I had never been to a Dickey's before, but I will be back. I have dined at a lot of BBQ places but this is the best one hands down that I can remember in my life. The brisket was tender, had great flavor and the BBQ sauce is fantastic. I had mac and cheese and fried okra for my two sides and both were perfect. It's a little more than your standard fast food burger combo but it is absolutely worth it. Dickey's in Carencro is the best BBQ, no question.
