I recently had the opportunity to visit this new restaurant, and I must say, while I have fond memories of the old Cafe, it's exciting to see the vibrant energy... read more I recently had the opportunity to visit this new restaurant, and I must say, while I have fond memories of the old Cafe, it's exciting to see the vibrant energy brought by the new owners and their fresh concept! My wife and I stopped by for lunch and decided to share the arugula salad, heirloom tomatoes, a prime rib sandwich, a chicken sandwich, and crème brûlée. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The chicken sandwich alone makes the drive from Scottsdale worthwhile, and the other dishes were fresh, well-balanced, and expertly prepared. You can definitely tell when a chef prioritizes local ingredients over generic suppliers, and that was evident in every dish we tried. I'm eagerly looking forward to dining at Confluence for dinner and exploring the rest of their menu!

The local Guinea hen was a delightf... read more Last night, we dined here for the first time and opted for the chef's tasting menu. Each course was incredible and creative. The local Guinea hen was a delightful surprise, and it was prepared in such a unique way. Our top choice of the evening was either the wagyu beef cheek appetizer or the pumpkin cheesecake dessert—both were outstanding. Additionally, the meal was expertly paired with wines at each stage. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming as well! We will definitely return, especially since the menu changes with the seasons and the exceptional ingredients the chef works with.
