Well organised, staff were great and was on hand to explain everything about the new menu system. Kitchen staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely value for money.

Great food and some excellent staff. Josh (I think this is his name), in particular, is always very helpful and efficient even when there are queues way out of the doors. Was very impressed with his service when we came in for the student Sunday deal on the last Sunday of the month.
We thoroughly enjoy dining at Yo and had an excellent meal during our recent visit. The food was exceptional, and we particularly enjoyed trying some new dishes. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't use our Blue Light card on Saturday, but overall, our experience was fantastic.
I went to this restaurant for lunch with my sister and daughter, and we were really excited about it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience and I don't think I will be returning. We spent over £80 for two adults, but we were not offered any drinks. We had to ask twice for chopsticks, and then again when no soy sauce or ginger/wasabi was brought out. The server was extremely rude, not only to us but also to delivery riders arriving to collect orders. We witnessed another table complain to the manager about the service. Despite recognizing the bad situation, we decided not to complain and just ate what we could before leaving. It's a shame because I used to really enjoy dining at Yo and was even considering taking a cooking class at this location. Unfortunately, I will not be spending my money here again.
