Stable is a restaurant known for its plant-based menu and vegan pizza options. While some customers found the food to be lacking in toppings and slow to arrive, others enjoyed the tasty pizzas and friendly staff. The restaurant offers a variety of ciders and a decent selection of drinks. Despite some mixed reviews, Stable seems to be a decent option for a casual dining experience, especially for those looking for vegan-friendly choices.

House made pork scratchings and pizza to go with all the cider you can dream of, but keep in mind these will be the traditional "flat" ciders as opposed the

No atmosphere, minimal staff interaction, went in early afternoon and had sat down, encouraged by staff to use app to order, couple of other individuals sat around, but no real atmosphere, music suited a cocktail bar/club more than a pizza restaurant with West Country heritage. Ordered via app, but then starter and main for child turned up with the rest of the meal, and nachos had obviously been left under the heat lamp for everything else. A shame as I’ve really enjoyed past visits. Also it did feel when the staff were cleaning around the ground floor that although there are things that can be done, there are parts of the kitchen or upstairs. Doubt I’ll be back anytime soon unfortunately.

Located on the lower two floors of a modern office block, this is another outlet from the West country cider and pizza specialists, and whilst it inevitable doesn’t have much in the way of style or ambience, it nonetheless had a bit of a buzz about it, and there was of course an extensive cider selection which is always a plus point. I opted for the “Burger on the Dance Floor” with beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelised onions, gherkins and burger sauce. Overall I’d say it was pretty good, not quite as tasty as it could have been perhaps, and some more topping would have been better, but overall it was a pretty decent effort and served by friendly staff in a reasonable time frame. A desert of Biscoff cheesecake slightly missed the mark I thought, there was nothing really wrong with it, but the Biscoff didn’t seem especially noticeable. Worth a visit though, and if you don’t fancy the long communal benches downstairs, there are also smaller tables upstairs.

Excellent bottomless brunch! We all had one pizza , sides, and nachos. There is a wide range of cocktails to select from. Tasty food and the drinks were flowing.

I would have liked to have tried this place. However, the member of staff at the door advised me there were no tables available. Clearly not true as a couple of groups of two and four were seated after me and others were pointed of the direction of the outside tables if they had no reservation. He very clearly didn’t want a solo diner taking up space on a busy early Saturday night. I then watched in horror as he picked up pizzas from the pass and handled them, literally, rather than leaving them on their serving platters. A lucky escape I think.
